West Dublin is the original town: San Ramon Village and the neighborhoods laid out in the 1960s, some of the oldest tract housing in the Tri-Valley. These homes are on their second or third composition roof, the decking is sixty years old and gets evaluated at tear-off, and the work is classic cohort replacement, whole streets aging on the same clock.
