The Team Behind Your Roof

You may meet a few of our people online or at your first appointment, but they’re part of a much larger team. More than 30 employees work across four departments, so every roof has dedicated people from the first inspection to the final walkthrough.

In-house installation crews

Our own W-2 roofing installers and crew leads handle tear-offs, re-roofs and repairs. The people on your roof work for California Roof Pros, not a subcontractor we hired for the day.

Sales & estimating

Roofing consultants who inspect your roof, document what they find with photos, and give you a written, line-item quote with repair and replacement options.

Production

Project management, scheduling, permits and material ordering, so your job is planned, permitted and inspected correctly and you know who to call at every stage.

Operations & customer care

Office staff who answer calls 7 days a week, coordinate insurance claims and financing, and handle warranty registration and follow-up after the job is done.
